We were recommended by someone to engage with Kelvin. We were so at ease throughout the process, from consultation to handover. He is very responsive, reliable, and meticulous, can tell he is passionate about his work. His quotation is also reasonable, we compared about 4 to 5 quotations prior to engaging with Kelvin. Things we are comfortable with him, 1) His advice is practical, 2) Straight to the point, no fluff, very decisive, this is helpful when you are stuck between two options. 3) We are comfortable with his payment terms, 4) he has lots of regular clients, 5) He is an experienced Project Manager, works very fast, able to rectify things very quickly. Lots of IDs in the market are good in design but you are not sure about their contractor / project manager workmanship.
His workers are very experienced and patience, open to help and answer to any questions we had when we were on site. The vendors which he recommended are easy to work with and priced reasonably as well.
We go resale flat and did a complete overhaul, and he managed to deliver and handover in less than 3 months, very impressive. All in all, we highly recommend Kelvin and Inform Design to you, you are in good hand working with them. Thanks once again to the team!
