We got in touch with Kelvin after we saw the homes of two of our friends that had gone through him. And to our delight, Kelvin pulled through for us just as well with our home. He came well prepared for each meeting and guided us through the process, making each meeting enjoyable and efficient. We really appreciated his input on design and function, along with keeping to our budget. Kelvin was also patient with us amidst changes and even after the home was handed over, followed up very quickly with any touch up work needed.
