Pops of colour, hints of the farmhouse style and intuitive space planning turn it into a unique home. 

The interior design team has incorporated white as the dominant colour to brighten up this compact home and enhance its spaciousness. A sage green wall softens the look of the space, while custom storage solutions in teal give this home a youthful ambience.

The highlight of this space is the open-concept kitchen, jazzed up with teal cabinets and marble-like tiles on the wall laid in a herringbone pattern. The kitchen cabinets located right beside the main entrance have been customised specially to suit the space. The curved side ensures ease and comfort in movement upon entering the home. 

This attention to detail is apparent throughout the home. With the dining area close to the kitchen, the design team incorporated additional storage solutions for the family’s tableware and coffee machine further into the home. Given the tight space, our team incorporated pocket sliding doors that can be stowed away so that the family could freely move around the kitchen and dining area. 

Consistency is vital to the Scandinavian style. Our interior designer ensured design consistency with one bathroom decked out in a similar colour scheme to the kitchen. Like the kitchen, both bathrooms don wall tiles laid in a herringbone pattern. The Shaker-style storage units at the television console inject a farmhouse-inspired decorative touch that blends beautifully into the home.

Wood and warm metal finishes, mainstays in Scandinavian interior design, feature throughout the home. A customised platform with storage space anchors the ambience in the master bedroom. Black and white window blinds tie in with the black-framed bathroom details. On the other hand, the kid’s room sports brown wardrobe handles and a light-hearted mural in a pastel palette.
